Research Interests

Study the electrospray ionization mechanism to improve the detection limit and contaminant tolerance of electrospray mass spectrometry.
Development of a new liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry and capillary electrophoresis/mass spectrometry interface with a higher sensitivity and capability for a variety of operation modes.
Trace chemical analysis of environmental pollutants.
Analysis of drug doping in Chinese medicine.
Analysis of polymer and additives.
Analysis of inorganic molecules (macrocyclic compounds and metal chelates) and organic molecules.
