研究領域

我們實驗室的研究領域主要是有機合成及化學生物學為主,其研究方向是在活細胞中,利用特定化學標定方法結合產生螢光訊號化學探針,可以高選擇性螢光標定重要的生物分子,進而利用細胞影像技術追蹤分子位置,從中了解其生物分子的重要功能性。另一方面,在有機合成研究方向,我們著重新穎合成方法學的開發,並利用其方法應用於具有生物活性的醣共軛分子、抗病毒及細菌抑制小分子的合成。
