研究領域

著重痘病毒蛋白質間相互作用專一性以及蛋白質與細胞表面醣類間之相互作用專一性之研究。主題包括蛋白質本身自組裝形成多聚體之形成機制，以及和醣類之間結構與作用關係，藉由液態核磁共振及原二色分光儀分析蛋白質分子結構，配合電漿生物感應晶片分析病毒蛋白質間及病毒蛋白質與醣類相互作用關係，以期對病毒入侵正常細胞蛋白質分子結構與作用關係依存性作進一步之瞭解。另在固態核磁共振方面對雙交叉極化之三共振頻率實驗之機制進行研究，並對固醇類樣品作一系列分子結構分析鑑定。
