Functional Imidazolium-based Ionic Liquids. Recovery and recycling of immobilized homogeneous catalysts; Asymmetric studies with chiral ionic liquids as catalyst; Supercritical carbon dioxide as medium and reactant for catalytic cyclic addition to propylene oxide; Studies on imidazolium based ionic liquid and the conjugated carbene base.
Electron Transfer Chain Catalysis. Application of radical pathways to enhance the rate and selectivity on inorganic/organometallic systems; Synthetic of novel compounds and catalytic applications.
Structural Chemistry on Cubane-shaped Octasilsesquioxane Surface: Preparation and functionization in order to make use of maximum possible functional groups; Nano-dyes using 1,8-naphthalimide chromophore.
