Research Interests

Mass spectrometry-based quantitative proteomic analysis in biological systems.
Methodology development for separation and site-specific identification of post-translational modifications (especially for glycosylation, cysteine-based PTMs, etc.) by mass spectrometry analysis, and application in diseases.
Sample preparation for clinical samples and large-scale quantitative proteomic analysis.
